Intranetly provides web design, web development, SEO optimization, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or quote provided to the client.
Payment terms are outlined in your project quote. Typically, we require a 50% advance payment to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final delivery. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and code delivered as part of the project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your quote. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed project scope may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.
Clients are responsible for providing content, images, branding assets, and timely feedback required for project completion. Delays in client deliverables may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
